VYB is a new hot yoga studio opening in Durham on March 23, 2020. We are not your average yogis–we like to play our music LOUD and like a lot of hip hop. We believe that music is a motivator and we use it to create an atmosphere that allows you to get totally lost in this moving mediation/hardcore workout that we call yoga. Our goal is to empower you and make you you feel like the BADA** you truly are on and off your mat. VYB’s culture is all about inclusivity, having fun, and giving back to our community here in Durham, NC. We want this space to be a place where you not only practice yoga and workout–we want this space to foster your individual growth. VYB exists to elevate, inspire & empower our people to live with passion & purpose driven lives. We want to be of service in the lives of others, create connection, & live inspired lives of contribution. We sweat together, laugh together, show up & do work together.
